About the event

Over the course of three weeks, you will learn:  

- Screen acting technique

- How to break down scripts 

- Understanding genre (drama/comedy)

As well as:

- Differences between stage and screen acting

- Differences between TV & film

- How to behave on set (who does what)

- Differences when working on multi camera and single camera

- Frame size and vocal levels

- Finding your light and hitting marks

You will work with a different script, character type and genre every week. Limited to 10 actors, everyone will receive specific and precise feedback from your tutor, Oliver Rednall.

About Oliver: 

Oliver Rednall's recent TV and Film credits include HBO, CBS and BBC. 

He also works in voiceover and hosts his own podcast interviewing many high-profile names in the industry such as Director Mike Leigh, actors George Mackay and Gabriel Byrne. 

Oliver has had a lifelong passion for acting and specialising in screen technique and has taught  in both the UK and abroad, and he teaches to build confidence and a provide a thorough awareness of one’s craft in order to equip a performer for a lifelong career in the business.
